What do you guys use AND more importantly... how were you able to tell the product was good?

Meaning, what noticeable effects did you find from starting X joint supplement and how long did it take to notice effects?

Thanks all!

Arthrolyze by Species by a landslide...why...it works, you can feel it fairly quickly and its the strongest available....check the label. I only support supps i can say 100% that work.

The one I like is cissus. Last time I used it was when my elbows where buggin me ( 2 years ago ) and I went through a bottle from Primaforce and it worked within two chest workouts. My elbow pain has never come back , not saying this cured the problem ,but it's gone.

It's cheap and you can buy it in bulk as a powder if you want.

Speaking of joints, how did the rehband stuff work out for you Nate?

The main ingredient is Cissus is "Cissus Quadrangularis" which has almost no medical support or evidence of health benefits...all the studies done on Cissus were conducted privately in Cameroon. Supposedly it acts as an analgesic which would eliminate pain however that does not address te root cause of the joint pain.

Arthrolyze contains the following:

Glucosamine
MSM
Chondroitin Sulfate
Boron

You be the judge.

My chiropractor told me to take glucosamine sulfate 1,500mgs/day for life after 40% of my left knee meniscus was removed in 2004 he said I'd have arthritis for sure if I didn't. Comments? BTW I have been taking it

they helped quite a bit initally but I found myself starting to rely on them too much so I started using only on the days where I felt I really needed them.

I figured the tendons aren't going to heal or rather get stronger if they are continuously being supported. But I still use them when needed :)

I've used Allflex and it worked really well. Took away any pain I had from winstrol and really helped with hyper extended joints from martial arts.

Not anymore....we still support and recommend Species but the cost for us became too prohibitive in a business sense. There are many retailers in Ontario or you can go online to SpeciesCanada.

I've been taking Advanced Allflex by Allmax as well for the past 4 months. I swore I was developing arthritis and within 5 weeks I was pain free and able to close my fist again. The main ingredient is MSM.

AllFlex did not do much for me and I had big hopes. I am still looking for something that can help my wrists. I actually had to lay off playing hockey so that I can keep lifting.
