Ok fellas here is my next cycle. My plan is to cut while maintaing muscle mass and getting a little stronger. I currently have been doing DC Training for the past month and am making extreme gains. I have perfected my diet to fit into my daily schedule.
Stats:
This will be my 5th cycle.
6ft
207lbs (cut from 238 to 193 now increased my LBM to 207)
12% BF
Cycle:
1-12 Testosterone Enanthate 750mg
1-12 Trenbolone Enanthate 500mg
1-4 50mg/ED Dianabol
1-12 Arimidex .5mg/ED
1-12 Dostinex 500mcg x 2 per week
1-12 HCG 250IU x 2 per week
PCT:
1 HMG 75IU ED
1-3 HCG 2500IU x 3 per week
1-3 Clomid (Wk 1 high dose tappering down)
1-3 Nolvadex ( Wk1: 60mg/ED, Wk2: 40mg/ED, Wk3: 20mg/ED)
Big three lifts as of last week(used to be better but have been off for months):
Bench: 325 x 10 solid no help with new Harbinger Big Grip 2's
Dead: 415 x 8 new grizzly GRIPPPER PADS!
Squat: 450 x 5 all the way paralell with new grizzly belt custom fitted for my back!
