Dextrose and Waximazie together ?

Hey i have concern, recently i added Dextrose and waximaze both as my PW shake i wanna know if its actually worth taking both on fair amount or one is better than other ?

Both are fast-absorbing carbs. Dextrose is way cheaper but waxy maize is absorbed more quickly so most consider it superior. So I wouldn't say it is worth taking both. You might want to mix a slower-releasing carb in with your PW shake instead -- ground oatmeal is yummy.
