I have to agree with the others strong and stupid.
Kind of like a clean and Incline Bench Press instead of a Clean and Press. lol

James Wigfall, He's a trainer for the Charlotte Hornets and claims to be natural. He looks better than probably 98% of the people here. Not bad for being a complete moron.

I second that.
Maybe 315 is his warmup? Def not mine lol....... mines a lot lower.
Impressive IMHO that he was able to control that weight to get it up by himself and not kill himself.

Why are people impressed when idiots do stupid things....its not complimentary believe me. When the guy tears his shoulder and the noobs are all doing it where are we then....thats why there are benches and racks with safety bars etc....to allow you to go heavy without the risk of injury. Doing what he did was just plain foolish period...it is NOT impressive in the least. You want to impress people load the incline with 4-5 plates aside and do full range reps...get serious.

The real question is if you saw a 120lb guy doing this with 50lbs would you think it's dumb? The answer is yes. Which is why someone who should know better doing it with more weight makes it all the more dumb.

I just checked out the guys channel, he's a monster if he is drug free like he claims.
Theres a vid on there of him doing 315 for 15 reps ( nice clean no bounce ) with his legs up in the air.
Maybe a warmup is relative to what your strenth is?

Then he should video the 315 for good reps and not this crap as it is a very bad example for beginners etc.

Thanks Carl.
i think the fact that he can do that is impressive, to say its stupid....well thats a matter of perspective isn't it? the man seems to have very good functional strength, im sure he can do the normal and proper technique of the incline bench very easily, seems like he just wanted to show off his other skills in the video. You can injure yourself with anything and using any weight but he did not, whos to say what he did was not "perfect form" for what he does.
