Favorite part/attribute of yourself??

Hello fellow muscle dysmorphia brothers,

Yeah im talking to you, with a large mirror on every wall of the house, always staring at it, always wanting bigger shoulders, bigger lats, thinking that theres a part of your leg missing called a hamstring, always looking for vascularity in the abs.... wellllll enough of that shit LOL.

whats your fav thing about your physique?

for me its when i am lean and vascular enough that you can see the veins in my arms through my shirt sleeves :o

when someone sees me and has to double take. Or if someone is looking at you with a face like "wtf is with all those veins exploding on his arms, thats gross" I love that. LOL

when I was arounf 7% Bf...not so much for you, but for me, it was the first time and I really liked when I took a things, or at the gym see my veins explode, even more when I was on arms day!

See my striations in my pecs too!:) and my bigs veins that cross my abs!

When i get a glimpse of a dude in a mirror and go, that fellas pretty thick, then i realize it is me!!! Ive freaked myself out a couple times like that, seeing my back in a side mirror not realizing it was me, and my favorite bp is arms, and back and abs...My last contest the judges were commenting as i was walking up, is that the guy with the big arms and abs??......Not sure if it was a good thing or not....lol....

I wish i can say my abs but i've never really committed and dieted down to be extremly lean, was around 10% last year, and thats the best I can do on my own lol ,,,

My arms, shoulders and lower legs. They're the only place I'm lean enough to see veins lol. I like the blocky shape my forearms and calves are starting to take.

I like my shoulders, even though EVERYONE (including myself) think they need to get bigger! I like that between my trap and delt there is a little groove where the strap of a spaghetti strap top fits perfectly and I am no longer constantly pulling straps back onto my shoulders! It is a sign of tangable growth!!

I can hardly wait to watch them get bigger!!

I like how my triceps create a strip of shade on my arms so when I'm playing outside in the sun for too long and get a little red, I always have a white strip under my triceps.

I have to say my hands. Because anyone who shakes my hands can see I have put in alot of hard work to make them look like that.
