Wondering if anyone has or knows of anyone with EPO experience. In Bigger,Faster, Stronger* it was mentioned in connection with cyclist Floyd Landis and it can apparently boost endurance levels by raising your red blood cell count. I am wondering what the legality of posession or obtaining it would be as well, in addition to any practicality it may have in conjuction with AAS training.
Its a controlled substance, and it is very hard to use effectively and safely.

It is a chemical form of blood doping, I have never heard of it used by bodybuilders, and some have been known to stick pretty much any chemical in themselves.
It is mainly used in elite level endurance athletes. It is also extremely dangerous to use and can cause the blood to thicken too much resulting in a stroke.

In studies its been used safely. Its certainly safer than the steroids it replaced for treating anemia.
Most people don't use it because of costs, and its benefits to the bodybuilder are limited.
Don't know anyone with experience, but becareful with it. Flex is right it will thicken the blood..

Don't **** with it unless you can get your HCT tested weekly or twice weekly. You will be safe up to 55% max, around 50% is amazing.

here are a few of my ebooks on the subject be be forewarned.. Screwing up with this can and will kill you.
With too much, you can turn your blood into the viscosity of maple syrup.
It's mainly used by cyclists and like Flexx said endurance type athletes.
It increases oxygen production and uptake to combat fatigue. The more red blood cells, the more available oxygen to lungs and muscles.
