Hey I'm new here, joined this site to get some help and advice

I'm 29, 5,8 and 160 pounds. I just started working out again, I use to work out a little bit years ago.

I dont go to a gym, just purchased a mountain bike, ez curl bar, dumbbells and the push pro to help me get into it before I go to a gym.

For the last 3 1/2 weeks I have been working out everyday, my workout consist of, Riding my bike 100km a week, various home ab workouts, lots of pushups with the pushup pro, been curling a little bit and various dumbbell exercises.

I have also been on SixStar Muscle Professional strength creatine, sixstar n.o fury and taking weider megabolic vitamin & mineral paks.

I wasnt the healtiest eater before and I'm still not, the last 3 weeks I have stayed away from fast food and junkfood. Been trying to eat alot healtier. I'm so sick of junkfood and fast food.

I live with my parents so I eat what they eat, if its really unhealty I just eat out. I dont eat crazy healthy meals like some of you guys, if I lived on my own I would eat all organic and prepare more healthy meals for myself, this should be soon as I'm moving out in a couple months.

Anywase just wanted to know if I'm on the right track or if anyone can offer me advice.

I'm not fat, just not ripped. My goal is to be cut, ripped and to get my sixpack back.

I have noticed a little difference in the 3 weeks I have been working out and have been taking progress pics.

Anything to good to help me get ripped fast? Been checking out some of the stuff you guys are talking about but I'm not sure if its right for me because I'm not a body builder and I'm just a noob

Yea check out what you eat. Supps are only a part of the story, they won't make or break you. Abs are made in the kitchen, and enhanced in the gym. So lets see your diet.
Also I don't think your parents would take offense to you stocking the fridge with a few healthy meals and snacks for yourself. I found it hard when I was at home to keep the diet in check especially since nobody else in the house followed a healthy diet. I had to make my own section in the fridge and kept it stocked.
You also shouldn't bitch if ma and pa scalp some food from there, its a sign they are willing to change up a bit, and besides they fed you for many years. If they do start eating healthier think of it as a gift from you to them.
A lot of us aren't fitness competitors and don't follow radical diets, we just choose to eat stuff that is crap free for the most part. I myself try to avoid junk food, and if I feel a craving coming on, I try to find a healthy alternative. I have no problem munching on vegies instead of chips, although I like corn chips every now and then. I also found that adding more seeds and nuts in the diet curbed a lot of the cravings.
Keep a log of everything you eat for 2 weeks and post it up. Then ask the guys what can improve what you are doing.

Yes it will help you as you can see what you did that works, and what doesn't work so you can fix it. That's why I am logging. My body has changed a lot from since I was a youngun. What worked then, may or may not work now, so I am keeping a journal here. I know I will be razzed for letting myself go to crap, but it was rightfully earned.
I'd also suggest getting a trainer to help you. Look for one here, Sean Summers and a few other guys here would be a benefit to you, even if you can only afford a few sessions with them. Most guys here are pretty good, and will help out. Mostly though it will be you doing the research to find out what works well for your body.

Thanks macka, I feel i'm not ready for a trainer yet. but when i'm ready I will check around here for sure.

I still need to get my diet going proper and to get in better shape before I get serious. I'm basically in the very first stage of body building.

I have alot more reading, research and training to do.

It's the best time to have a trainer is when you start. You will get your start on the right foot, he or she can answer questions, help direct your diet, get your lifting form up to snuff.
