thats what i eat in a day (everyday same)
10 oz cooked chicken breast
200 grams lean ground beef
1 can tuna
5 eggs
2 fish filets (Basa)
4 whole grain bread
1 cup oatmeal
200 grams cooked white rice
200 grams potatoe baked
85 grams (dry) pasta
60 grams peanut butter
1 cup green beans
first 2 weeks i was eating all that at about
3500 calories 330 carbs/316 pro/ 111 fat
until few days ago, i see i have so much fat on my face especially jawline i dont have a neck anymore.
so i started to cut down calories. 2300 calories 208 carbs/207 pro/ 52 fat
i calculated my maintenance calorie is 2060
i still want to bulk. what should i do?? but i don't want to end up looking like this:

I like to eat approx. 250 cals per day more than maintenance to gain. I aim to put on about 2lbs per month.
How much do you weigh? What is your approx bodyfat or post a pic?
What are your goals?

I was going to say wow looks good and clean you should be ok, but you must be a lot lighter than I thought. Andre gave some good advise, go just above maintenance and go from there gradually, dont just jump right in like you've done.

If you are managing to get in this amount of food id hope you are somewhere around 200lbs. Im 235 and on my bulk diets i usually eat the same is you have listed maybe even less carbohyrates. Eating big is essential for growth but if your not an extreme hard gainer you might be able to remove some food and still gain mass and limit fat. At least your getting a good variety of food sources.
I mainly do just ground beef, tuna, shakes as protein sources. And oatmeal, rice, potatoes as carbs, natty pb as fat.
With the amount of ground beef you eat you must factor that into your diet. For example when i eat 4 meals in a day (2lbs ground beef) i do not eat extra fats or add sodium to my other meals. T.

You bulk on 3500 calories at 235 Tav? Wow...what the hell is wrong with me I'm 220, eat 4900 calories plus 2 huge overeats after legs and back workout and still the scale is brutally stubborn with me.
Dagger you didn't say how many meals you're splitting this diet over. I'm sure you know smaller more frequent meals are better for keeping insulin levels constant, etc...

After i made that post and reread it i added up my macros and its up around 4200 cals. I dont convert his grams and ounces very well. I still eat all those foods just much more frequently and more quanity. I determined i need to eat more than 3700 to gain so im going to try 4200 (while natural and on pct). That 4200 is also before i do a huge carb meal after legs. Id geuss most days between 4200-5k.

now 165 lbs-- before i start diet 155lbs (been doing "blue hearts and other "supps" for 3 weeks now)
when i was on 3500 calories a day:
eat every 2 hours. sleep 12 hours -so 7 meals at 500 calories
now around 2100 calories for past 3 days
however today i will bump up calories by 300 cause i worked out for 2 hours. doing bench and deadlift.
i have a 34 inch waist. so according to some website bf calculations i am at 21%(??)
my goal:
i want to be 210 lbs. big and ripped like a smaller version of arnold. lol

Hey, like I told you dont guage progress by the scale. Stay consistant with the diet, push hard in the gym and you will grow.
