Sharing some pics of my comp from 2010 AB Provicials 2010

I competed in the 2010 Alberta provincials after 3 years off....
I'm 48 ( going to be 49 this year... yikes) so I just did it to feel good and to focus on a goal. I think I placed 6th out of 10.. Official results are not out yet .

I have to say I truly enjoyed the journey and competition itself ( although my daughter broke her ankle skateboarding 2 days before and had to have surgery ). First time I hired a coach and was glad I did, Scott Abel.. This was the easiest prep I have ever done.

I might compete again when I turn 50 for the hell of it.

Any other year or any other city you would have placed WAY higher! you look amazing! what a great achievement!! those albertas were jam packed full of quality gals this year!!

LOL.. the funny part is I just made it into lightweights at 114.5 lbs on the nose .... Middle weights only had 4 competitors......

yes it was womens light weight ... there were 10 competitors...

Looks like they just posted the placings but with the peoples numbers only , no names.

Chad Bonk was the Men's Overall Champion. He was a light heavy. The ABBA does not have the names up just numbers
