You cook rice with chicken stock for a bit of flavor, just adds some sodium

I'm a big fan of Mrs. Dash without Sodium/MSG. It's the bomb for almost everything. My flavour is the herbs and garlic one.

I add some hot sauce with 0 carbs on it and it spices it up a bit. Also i mix my meat (steak, ground beef, chicken, etc) right into pieces and make a stir fry with garlic, onions, peppers, mushrooms, etc. Its out of this world and good even when dieting. (depending on veggie allowance, and condiments.)

home made soup stock when I am at home, but first I fry it in a little coconut oil then add the stock, then add vegies and onions, then the meat (been chicken lately). On the road, I nuke it in bottled water (its free for me), then I add meat and vegies, then vietnamese chili hot sauce, and some coconut oil for the eseential oils and some flavour gets spread through the rice. Vegies are usually green peppers, broccoli, onion, cauliflower, and chickpeas.
