Banana Protein Pancake

Had this for breakfast this morning

25 g oats - grinded in magic bullet
1 large egg
50g egg whites
1/2 large banana
splash of walden farms calorie free pancake syrup in batter

Mash bananas with fork, mix ingredients together, cook and enjoy!

Makes a perfect fluffy pancake :)

36.8 g carbs
29.4 g protein

The best I've found so far is Sorbee it has 60 Cals per Bottle 10 Cals per 60ml I believe

for a food to be calorie free, I think it just needs to be less than 4 per serving or something...The back of mustard containers say 0 calorie per tsp. even though its something like 2. So I think Sorbee syrop is about as calorie free as it gets.

I know walden farms use splenda to sweeten things, and splenda isn't without calories.

Nice try but it can't top my protein pancakes which jsut happen to have way less fat and I have yet to find someone who does not think its the best pancake they have ever had in their life. Wish I could charge money for the not so secret diet food that is simply irresistable

speaking of which, I gotta get that recipe off you again...Now that its offseason, I am gonna give it a try again. Although, I will modify it since I don't care if it has bit of fat from an omega egg. I eat those anyway.

The secret ingredient doesn't jive well if you're lactose intolerent.

I like to drink the shakes in the morning before going out on walk.Most of the people are in the habit of drinking the protein shake but I am in the habit of trying the new one after the period of two weeks or so.Thanks for sharing I am going to give it a try with in few days.

Nice recipe. Will give it a try. Although I don't have calorie free syrup, but I think it'll taste even better with a normal syrup. I'm bulking now so it should be fine.
