I've been hitting the gym for 3 years now, but only been taking it seriously for the last 8 or 9 months. I'm currently 21 years of age sitting around 198 lbs and no clue what my bf% is.

My goal is to eventually see if I could compete, open to all criticism and comments on my physique and what I need to do to make competing a possibility, or to know if I should even bother :P I'm always seeking to learn new training tips and tricks.

Check out my bodyspace for more on my diet / workout / stats if you're interested (http://bodyspace.bodybuilding.com/chipmartens)

Here's a recent shot just fooling around. Comments and criticism welcome! ( yes I know my traps suck! )

Looking good Chip. You have what it takes to compete imo. Good quad separation and low bf. Browse the forum awhile. It's filled with competitors that know what they're doing.

Welcome to CBB.
