Hey guys, so I'm back from Cancun, completed my cut, and next week I'm going to be going into my next bulking stage, I'm going on a program for 8-10 weeks then it may stay or it may change. Anyways, I was just looking for some tips/advice on my diet. It looks like this:

Meal 1:
4 Eggs
1 Slice Grain Bread OR 1 Cup Oatmeal
1 Scoop Whey Protein
1 Banana

Meal 2:
2 Slices Whole Grain Bread
1-2 Tbsp Peanut Butter
1 Tbsp Honey

Meal 3:
1-2 Chicken Breasts OR Slab of Salmon
1 Cup Rice or Whole Grain Pasta
2 Cups Green

Meal 4:
Can of Tuna
1/3 Cup Nuts (almonds or peanuts)
2 Cups of Milk

Meal 5:
1-2 Chicken Breasts, Slab of Salmon OR Steaks
1 Cup Rice or Whole Grain Pasta
2 Cups Green Salad

Meal 6:
Can of Tuna
1/3 Cup Nuts (almonds or peanuts)
2 Cups of Milk

Pre-Workout:
1 scoop Whey Protein

Post-Workout
2 scoops Whey Protein
Creatine (Recommended Dose)

What I'm looking for is pretty much the cheapest high protein diet possible, and any changes YOU would make if this were your diet. I don't really care about variety, I love all the things listed above.

Also, what are some other cheap protein sources aside from eggs, tuna and whey ?

Thanks a million.

For meal 1 you have 1 piece toast or 1 cup oatmeal but toast has roughly 25 grams carbs while a cup of oatmeal has 75 grams carbs??? meal 2 needs more protein ad id drop the hunny, to high on the GI, but it does have some health benefits. You need carbs pre workout and dextrose or waxy maize post workout. Also, if you gave us your stats would help to. Do you know your macro breakdown?? And im not a believer in dairy, (other than cottage cheese of course )but thats just me :)

Why not continue with the same foods as your cutter but just add in calories via carbs and healthy fats with a few cheat meals a week?

If you want to gain a lot of fat go ahead and drastically change your diet up like this plan.

Cheap protein that I find is tuna as well as fish like the tuna steaks from Costco as well as the frozen bags of fish there I find good and reasonably priced. I would suggest grass fed ground beef and free range eggs but they are pricey but worth every penny.

My mistake, it's supposed to be 2 pieces.

I don't know my macro breakdown, but. 5'9, 201.
