Just talked to a buddy that seen it, said it was the worst , the worst movie he had ever seen. Dialogue a 5 year old could have writen, they rely entirely on blood and gore... Too bad, i was really looking forward to it other than buttnater's appearance offcourse :(

The Screener reviews have all been GOOD. :)

If you are not a fan of 80's style Action flicks and prefer the Twilight type of film; congrats on coming out of the closet.

How is he a scammer?

Mid 70's to early 80's he was the man. He brought the iron game out of the dungeon to main stream. I was there, bought everything he ever wrote, watched every movie he was in countless times. "Meelk is for babies drink beer" he say's with a doobie between his finger's. It was a life style that we gravitated to, work hard, play hard.

Suddenly our life style is wrong?? Everything he stood for he now denounce's? The very people that made him, admired him, worshiped him he wants no part off? He know's the truth hell he lived it.

He has no principle's/value's that he stands firmly by, it's whatever suits the moment... He got my money when i was younger, no more...

Its funny how the opinions are so diverse on this one!

I walked out of the theatre yesterday and told m wife its the best action movie i can remember seeing in a very long time. The guys who starred in it know how to do action. lets face it. Statham is kick ass, Stalone still has it, and sprinkling in a little bit of Dolf Lungren was a good idea. Jet Li gets totally overpowered in this movie by those action stars. Austin, and Randy Corture definitelly held there own. This was a very well directed action flick and I can see there being a second and third movie on the way... It's funny imo the A-team was simmilar to this earlier in the year, but somehow just didn't have as much 'kick' to it as this flick had... and I enjoyed the A-team.

At the end of this movie, the theatre that I was in that was packed... a lot of the audience started applauding, (I didn't cuz I'm not a ****ing geek) but that kinda tells you it was a good flick.

I dunno.... he's been pretty strait forward when it comes to how he lived before he got married and got into politics..... never denied smoking some pot, banging as many hot women as possible or using AAS..... what has he denounced?

I guess its harder to have a discussion when you can't go back and censor anything that looks bad.;)

"I did, yes. But I mean, there was in a time in the late ’60s… It was stupid, because it was in the late ’60s, early ’70s when we didn’t know any better."

Know what? D-bol is still D-bol, test is test.. 60's and 70's? Try well into the 80's.

"But then in the late ’70s and in the early ’80s, research was done and you found out that it’s actually damaging, that it causes side effects and it is bad for your health."

Really??

"I want to make my position very clear. I am absolutely against the use of these dangerous and illegal substances."

It was new then. There were no laws against it. I experimented with it. I’m instinctive. I felt right away it was not a real thing. I felt something in my system didn’t belong there. I quit.

Bullshit! No way can you jump body weight as much as he did for the Conan movie.. And look at him at his last Olympia win. He quit simply because it no longer suited his agenda.

The point i was trying to make is here we have someone that lived the life, is a public figure and knows the truth. He choose to follow the pack and turn his back on us.

Doesn't really seem like he's against it.

“ I used steroids. It was a risky thing to do, but I have no regrets. It was what I had to do to compete. The danger with steroids is overusage. I only did it before a difficult competition for two months, but not for a period of time that could harm me. And then afterward, it was over. I would stop. I have no health problems, no kidney damage or anything like that from using them.

I don't think he's following the pack any more than any athlete who denies or trys to minimize their use and affects.
You have to understand that people in California would never elect Cheech...... if real change is going to happen, it will be from a guy with more than one good idea...... Green Party and Marijuana Party's here make some great opposition, but will never get in because thats all they got... Nobody would elect a guy who says positive things about a drug that idiots are convinced will hurt their kids......

I don't know if the "greater good" is a concept ANY politican can wrap their head around. Politics at that level usually involves pandering to the various Special Interest Groups that have all the clout and money. I know I've stated that before, but facts are facts....especially in California where there are so many whack-job fringe groups that seem to garner support.
"Greater good" being the well-being of their constituants? I believe that the politicans only take into account the needs and wants of their constituants insomuch as it coinsides with their self-interest....in the USA especially....it goes Govenor, Senator...President...it's all about the climb to the top.....
As far as Arnie goes, he's as much of a scammer as any political figure...it comes with the territory and the rules of the game....Hollywood, Washington....all fakes and phony's....
But he has never denied or tried to cover up anything from his past....
As far as the use of AAS.....I'm sure many many "action" starts have dabbled and even actively used....does it really matter?
Look at it from their point of view....would you really give two shits what some bunch of people on a internet forum were saying about you? Thats if you could see the damn screen over the pile of $$$$$ you just made lol
