Before I take the time... tell us about yourself.. age, training, weight, food,,, etc...
(BTW- how much test is that per week and how long is your cycle,, sorry,, too lazy to think right now)

okay, Iīm 25 and Iīve been training for 9 years (since I was 16).

I train 4 times a week. itīs chest/triszeps , back/bizeps , shoulder/nape/apps, legs

I donīt wanna explain my food diary..... itīs 300g proteins, 450g carbs, 60g fat,

body fat: 11 %

weight: 89 kg

bench press: 110 kg

the cycle ist about 5 months and itīs 250mg testo e per week

That is a very basic but effective cycle. Some would prefer to use 500mg Test E a week shot say monday, and thurs (E3.5D). But as you have it planned
week 1- 12?
Test E-250mg EW

It will work most definitly but 250 is fairly low for a cycle in which your looking to gain maximal muscle. It will def increase your stength, sex drive etc but is not really for maximal muscle depending on your cycle experience. Also what is nice about this conservative of a dose is MOST ppl wouldnt require an AI on this cycle. So money and drugs are saved there.

What is the main goal for this cycle? Offseason muscle mass? Cutting cycle?

Otherwise it looks perfectly fine and reasonable so id say give er.

its actually closer to 375 mg test/week, which is a good dose for a beginner.....250 mg e 5days.......750 every 15 days is decent IMO......it should work ok for you and your size currently.....personally i would add HCG in there starting 2 weeks before last shot @ 500 ius e3 days.....Also a bit of aromasin to go along with chlomid and for a week or 2 after...

Cycle is way to long. ur beter off taking 250 test E every 4 days until u run out.

no itīs not too long, iīll do testo e e5d for 5 month. I takes about 4 weeks until it the testo works well and Iīll destroy my own testosteron production anyways, so I should do it for 5 month

You seem set on what you planned, so just do it. I don't understand the point of this thread. Are you asking for advice? Asking how to change it? You're taking 350 test every week for about 25 weeks. Seems like not the best first cycle, but then again - you seem set on what you planned.

cut your cycle in half to 12 weeks not 25. Listen to Greg he knows his shit

The longer you are on, the harder it will be to recover.
Recovery will take longer ... and that sucks, trust me.
Since this is your first cycle, you will most likely gain a significant amount of muscle.. at 12 weeks!
See how you recover and react from a 12 week cycle first until jumping onto a 5 months cycle that may leave you with a limp dick.

To summarize:
1) first cycle- figure out how you react, recover and maintain gains
2) longer cycle, longer recovery - more difficult to maintain gains... keeping your gains is the hard part.. perhaps something you want to learn first
3) 12 weeks/ 500 mg per week is pretty basic and will "most likely" work.

Whatever I just said might make more sense when you've started asking yourself for months were your libido went....

Okay that's true. I will 250mg test e e5d for 12 weeks :)
