ah I'm just gonna post it here..

Using now since my 17th the birth control pil ( I'm now 24) I'm pretty anoyed by the fact that i have to take a pill every day.. you always have to think about it. I gained some weight too,and my skin gets once a while bumpy not to bad but still... When i don't use the birthcontrol pill I'm feeling allot different. Have less moodswings etc. I have to go to the clinic Monday but maybe wanna choose for a different birthcontrol. I was thinkin of getting the injection birthcontrol its pretty safe if i look to the numbers.. does anyone has experience with that? I thought about the mirena too, but i read pretty bad revieuws about it that woman get allot of cramps and bleedings and stuff like that??

Nah Dutch is my first language, but be honest :p For being in canada since september 2008 I'm doing a pretty good job eh! haha. Nah i know all the words, just my sentence order sucks.. I'm starting ESL soon at college.

Nuva ring comes on 97 procent. I think i would be scared that i dont get it out or something :s my idea is that it slides out easy :s if it goes that easy in as out :O

I ended up wearing it a few times after having sex with my ex. I woke up wearing it one morning and she had to put a new one in. The extra hormones made her crazy and we broke up.

On the + side I never really felt it in there.

what kinda pill are you on?? it may just be to high in estergen for you. The shot also isnt good for long term, plus i gained some weight on it as well. After being on it i wouldnt go back on it. I have heard nothing but bad about it now, like bone mass loss in women after long term use. I am not sure about your TOM cramps and what not, but I get them bad enough that I want to puke and not move. Doctor put me on one with higher estergen as well as higher in the other one that starts with P. Sorry cant spell lol. Helped alot. Should ask about yaz, hear thats good. And there is a chance of getting knocked up on them all so its just what you want to try.

When i wasnt using birthcontrol oh my god the cramps where so intens i was in highschool that i went home sick.. My legs my back my belly it was like i was in labour ( i dunno how that feels but still) I'm now on the Min-Ovral it contains (ethinyl estradiol 30 mcg/levonorgestrel 0.15 mg) so it is a pretty light birth control pill Since i have used it i never have cramps. :o but yeah hormons suck.. but I hate condoms too they are just a piece of shit and i sleep with the same person now for 2 years but yeah maybe i just see what the pussy docter says :D

My gf tried the shot every 3 months. It was depovera. It worked excellent but it made her very up and down moody, and she didnt like the idea of never getting your period. It just seems not right and it wasnt the best for her mood. So now she switched to the pill ED and although it sucks to take it works and makes her less moody. But the depovera injection caused a lot less weight gain then the pill which caused a bit of weight gain, and a cup size increase in her breasts. SO it was good and bad and just explaining our try with a few of them.

I would NOT use depo from the stories I heard. To not have your period seems unhealthy to me, also I have heard to many horror stories about that crap.

5lbs weight gain from the pill......... if that. All the stuff I have read on the birth control pill you will see that it is more of an excuse factor for gaining weight, some people react diffrently. If you work out, eat healthy and maintain a healthy life style the pill isn't going to make you gain that much more weight. Depo is a diffrent story.

Sucks that we have to mess with our hormones continuously but you will find somthing that works for you.

A few of which had to be sent to the hospital on suicide watch. It messes up your hormones really bad and some woman that take it have to wait 1 or 2 years after they stop before they can get pregnant. In the end your obviously going to do what you want but please take my advice because it has hit people I care about pretty hard in the past.

I thought they only allow this to be used in women who have already had children because there is a risk of future fertility issues not to mention a risk of a pelvic infection.

I would rather use the pull out method then touch BCP or any of that stuff...
