I am in the last 2 months of a summer diet. Diet is in check, training and cardio sessions are faltering a little with lack of energy/exhaustion. I was wanting to create my own pre workout stack using the compounds available from TSupplements. At my disposal are:

Caffeine tabs
L-Carnitine
Green Tea Extract
Hoodia
AAKG
L-Arginine

Can any of you who have used these specific TS products suggest which ones to use , if any, for a little jolt? I do realize its all cardio/diet.
Dossages?
I want to stay away from Clen and Ephedrine. Thanks

the only thing that will give you a jolt is the caffeine. I`ve bought some aakg and citruline and have even gone up to 5 grams of each pre workout, and can`t say I`ve seen or noticed any changes. I`ve even had that as a pre drink to my shotgun, then adding 2.5 grams of each to my shotgun.

You want a jolt start stacking nootropics.
