Anyone ever have and issue with these guys ?

I ordered a golf club from Quebec and Fed Ex sent me an email today saying that they dropped my package off at 3pm - at the door with no signature. Well my wife and I were both home and nothing . I wouldn't have even thought about it until I got to work and checked my emails.

I've filed a claim already , but **** me this sucks !

yeah. definetly make sure you have sig required with fedex for anything half valuable. they seem to be pretty lax with any packs they are allowed to leave without sig.

Hmmm... I thought UPS was the trailer park version of a delivery company, never had an issue with fed ex. Hopefully they get it straightened out.

I had UPS lose a shipment. It's kind of a pain in the ass because it was ebay. The shipper has to file the claim. Not the receiver. The shipper is then reimbursed and then the shipper reimburses the receiver.

It makes sense but it's a pain in the ass.

Yes but if paid with pay pal and you do not receive the item they ( the shipper ) has to pay you back. Actually pay pal pays you back and goes after the shipper. I've had it happen before.

I've got a claim in with Fed Ex , but since it's a weekend I've heard nothing. I will give it the week before putting in a claim with pay pal to get my money back. All I want is the club !

I know the guy didn't show up at the time they stated he dropped it off because we were home and I've talk to my neighbors and they didn't see him or get a knock either ( unless they are lying ).

Was it ground or Express. Was this a new purchase or an Ebay purchase. If ground did the shipper pay for the signature required? PM me the tracking number and I will see what I can find out.

I have used DHL for personal stuff but the company I work for has to wait for the contract to run out. A lot of the middle management guys just put the DHl packs on their company cards and DHL has been giving them good rates. Most of us call Purolater Sooner or Later. I just got off the phone with them and a package I had arranged 3 weeks ago to be picked up in Regina was just picked up yesterday, after some serious words with upper management.
