hahaha you no it Nate that whole gym has good lighting. I train the precontest for motivation. Now that im offseason its back to dougall so i can blend in and get a workout done closer to home.

word. I generally rock the tecumseh one when I go visit my family simply because it's a 5 min drive and don't have to waste my time driving all over hells half acre just to get to a gym to train.

I lived next door to tecumseh one for 4 yrs, the central one was the best for lighting for sure...I miss those gyms more than anywhere else ive been...Dougall was good as well......Fouad looks great, he is getting there, best ive seen his legs look by far!!!

he;s still got a bit of work to do no doubt but I think he's aiming for an early show in '11 that's a bit smaller which he has a shot at winning plus maybe the Arnold to get his feet wet there as well.

Gives him time to dial it down a bit for his appearances and then try to gain again for 8-10 weeks before dailing it in again for a show.

It's nice to have a few canadians to cheer for in the IFBB. Winning in the IFBB seems to be as much about who you know as how you look. I haven't decided whether that's because you look at who you know or if it's a matter of money and "sports entertainment". I like to think Abiaad has a shot at winning some of the regular season shows in the next couple of years and some top 10 olympia finishes.
