Hey Guys its been a while since iv been on here, everything looks different!
Anyways im reaching out for some serious help. Here is my situation:
My GF and I moved from calgary to Victoria about 2 months ago to get out of the big city and into this beautiful small city Vic! anyways.. the move made us BROKE!
So at the moment we can not afford a gym membership, until we get out of debt.. and eating properly and enough.. is very tuff. I work 7-3 with only 1 break during the day, and i know you will all say.. have a shake it will take 2min.. well if i could afford protein powder i would!
Pretty much i went from lookin the best i had ever looked in my entire life when i did my comp last june.. to now.. lookin the absolute worst i have ever looked in about 7 year.. rockin the ol skinny fat if you know what i mean.

So please any tips i would love to hear.. things to keep some muscle mass.. i duno anything.. i have lots of time at night.. but i dont really know what i can do..
HELP!!!

Victoria will do that. Ridiculously over priced, hardly large enough to be a real city, yet no shortage of pretentious snoots.

do you have medical coverage for prescriptions? may want to have your test level checked if you are getting older, as well it sounds like you are soaking in stress.

youtube some crossfit vids, you dont need to go to a crossfit gym to do a lot of the work outs/exercises. you wont get huge but you will still be muscular and fit.

UVic is charging me $45 a month... totally doable. It'll be more now with the HST. You won't be bottom of the barrel for a long time! Ideas:

Switch to the Costco diet to save on cash.
Buy a bike and sell your car.
Ditch the cell phone and cable tv.
Don't buy any clothing with a brand name on it.
Shop at the Salvation Army and Value Village.
Fight your credit card companies for lower interest rates.
Sell your excess crap over Craigslist.
Stop drinking anything that isn't water, including booze.
