Hey I've been lurking for a bit and trying to find some answers but it's time to get serious and draw on the knowledge of others. I'm 28 from charlottetown and have a bit of history. A year and a half ago I was 365lbs and on my way to a heart attack. I'm down to 240 now but I'm considering this my starting point. I've been lifting and doing some running. I want to get built and get a nice physique going but if it's realistic I also want to keep running and be comfortable running 5k a couple of times a week on top of my workout routine. Any thoughts on where I should be starting here? I have a good bit of fat still to lose so should I be focusing on cutting that off first or can I loose the fat and grow from where I am now?
