I am trying to bulk up a bit after my recent knee injury. I lost a good 20 pounds while healing.
I am finding myself a little more fatigued than usual through my workouts now that I am back at my regular routine.
Are energy drinks or energy supplements a good way to counteract this or should I just gut through it?
