Hi everyone I'm new hear and actually new to the life style.

I've been reading here and there about different diets and lots of them look almost the same maybe that’s because I'm a newbie. I've done a few searches and what I'm looking for is a meal by meal diet (I would like to try palumbo's) for a 180 pound guy I'm only 5 foot 6 and looking to get to about 165 ish

I've been running now for about 5 years and do two half marathons and a few 10km races a year, however I've never seen abs and would like to. I’ve been in the gym lifting for about 6 mts making some okay gains. If anyone could direct me to a thread that has a meal by meal diet laid out that would be great, That or send one my way.

The palumbo diet would be a good one to try as its fairly basic and easy to follow. However, your "running" will have to stop with it. On the palumbo keto diet you need to be doing low intensity cardio (ex. walking on treadmill). The heart rate can not go above 120-130bpm range or else you will be risking burning muscle.
