So it's been a few years since I've actually had a workout regiment (I staid fairly muscular even with the break).
I've been working out since the age of 14, hit a plateau at the age of 19, did a cycle of superdrol with liver support and a PCT.
My question is this:
I have a bottle of phera-plex here (the real stuff now?) that I've been meaning to use for my next cycle that I've delayed for a few years due to starting a family and am ready to get going again.
Because I've been out of the loop for a few years, I was wondering if you guys know of any good anti-estro PILLS (will never inject sorry! wife will kill me) to use in conjunction with phera-plex.
I know how to eat when working out as I was trained by my mother at a young age who was a professional fitness trainer. My only concern was that my last cycle I started getting puffy nipples which is why I've been hesitant on taking phera-plex. Any pill forms that can be legally bought to help on cycle and prevent post cycle (I have tamoxifen and know how to use it post).
Answers will be greatly appreciated as I'm looking to break the plateau I'm at now (kinda the same one when I was 19).
Thanks in advance.
