With so many different opinions out there I wanna know how everyone has achieved there best conditioning using Clen or ECA Stack. I wanna know how you ran them and how you came in Shape, maybe even your placings compared to previous trials.
Please only comment with Clen and ECA......I'm not really interested in T3 or anything like that.
I'm curious to see everyones winning combo!! :flagC
Pics are welcome too :flagC

just a warning - I did ECA for my only contest however I had used frequently for 18 mths leading up to it. Sometimes in last 2-3 mths prior to show 2xper day. The excessive aspirin intake casued me internal bleeding from angiodysplasia - a ball of veins and capillaries that grows into the lower G.I. tract and can rupture and bleed. I wound up in ER & nearly died. Still trying to build back my blood loss (iron, hemoglobin etc.) Contest was Apr 10, 2010 Landed in ER Apr 15th.
Short-term ECA shouldn't be that big an issue I had too much aspirin for too long. I MAY just do an EC stack in the future, no aspirin. Something to think about

Day to day feel fine, pretty much did since they gave me 4 packs of blood but that still only brought my hemoglobin from 66 to 95. It should be 170 when I'm normal.
However exercise I feel like a 90 yr old. Did 1 hr cardio at 150 BPM 3 weeks after hospital and wound up back in the ER Doc laughed said you have to start back as if you've never exercised in your life. Big eye opener. I'm at the point now I can start back at 3 days/wk basic weight training plus light cardio no problem. Just for a while there lost my drive - having to go frrom 3 hrs a day contest prep to a 20 min light walk/day was kind of a blow to the ego! LOL So I've been lazy waiting for blood to recover. It'll be the fall before I'm back to full strength.
Thanks
