In my research of the topic there seems to be many conflicts and no clear cut answers from women with expierence. Now i realize it all depends on goals and levels of competition. But with that being sed i bet this already has a thread but what AAS is safe for use by women with least virilization side effects:

-Anavar oxandolone
-Primobolin
-Stanzolol (winstrol) injectable

-fat burners such as ECA, Clenbuterol, T3.

I know for BB some prefer low dose
-Deca durabolin
-GH

-Of course all of these compounds are run at a very low dose to prevent sides.

Any other AAS women can use relatively safely to say aid in muscle gains for someone trying to say become a figure athlete.

I would say someone "becoming" a figure athlete doesn't need AAS at all...Just look at some of the women that placed at the provincials...none were overly huge. and those that were placed lower.

That being said, yes, the nationals level girls do look bigger - yet still possible to achieve drug free with enough time put into it. Plus some girls structure and frame look better with less muscle. IE. some girls look worse with more muscle, and some girls actually need the muscle to satisfy their structure.

My wife worked out hard for probably 8 years before even thinking about competing. And since then worked out like a powerlifter / bodbyuilder for 5-6 years - and only now is she doing well in figure...It takes time, but it should. Girls at our gym seem to start out expecting to place well in figure in a years time just by going on a diet...Its no different in figure than bodybuilding (at least it shouldn't be)...Nowadays you can get a girl who barely works out who places well in figure. It's just that subjective. And that is the key point i will make. It is a subjective sport. start out 100% clean, no clen, no eca, nothing...Compete like that, and then start from there in deciding if she needs more muscle, more training, etc etc.

Low doses of Furazabol and I have read that some take low doses of THG "the clear".

For figure i would steer clear for awhile...CC does great as a natural BBer....Ask her to take her time.......In all honesty steved has great advice there bro.....dont piss around with thg, or furazabol, or test/winnie, and most primo is faked as well IMO...Unless you get good amps... etc...If she absolutely wants to use....tell her to start at 5 mg/var/day and go from there....

Well sed steve i def agree. It seems like exactly what your saying with figure. Its so subjective its not always most muscle wins it. Its differnt than what im used to. Just wanted to throw this question out there for any women on here and just to see the opinions as its something i have not heard a lot about (or as much as mens aas usage)
