How to use this supplement, doses, and the better time in the day to take it.... I'm a beginner and don't know how to use the gluta..........

I get my L-Glutamine from one of our sponsers True Supplements and i put 10g in my protein shake after my workout.

So i mix 2 scoops of protein isolate with 10g (2 rounded tea spoons) of the glutamine.

I find this helps my muscles recovery more efficiently from the training session and leaves me with much less DOMS (muscle soreness) the day later. L-Glutamine is a supplement that has been around for a while and is one of the neccesary ones unless your protein powder already managed to get 10g in it. Havent seen one yet that did tho...

I`d toss the gluatamine and use bcaa powder instead. Much, much better. Besides glutamine is not absorbed unless you have it in liquid form and it`s going in you intravenously. Oral is a total waste.
