Not only am I leaving for Brazil in 3 days for work but the office is in the Barra district same as the Xgym where Black House trains. I emailed them and they do beginner lessons. Will be going to check it out and see if I can meet The Spider, and others.

I will be trying to take a peek at some of the other gyms as well.

I will do my best SH. I leave in Sunday, get there monday morn. I stay 3 days in Rio then off to Natal to do a Helicopter Underwater Training Escape course. Then back to Rio for a couple days and home. The project gets going in Aug they tell me so I will start doing the 5/5 sched at that point and then I will try and get in to do some lessons.
