Just started taking 250mg test E every 4 days along with 3.3iu gh daily.
For the last few years I've had borderline low testosterone levels. Testing out at 13.1nmo/L (Norm being 10-30). Two years ago I was 16.5nmo/L so ya, I'm dropping. 13.1 to me is too low for someone who's 31. Talked to my doc but he won't do anything for me until I fall out of "normal" levels. My workouts, quality of sleep, energy and sex drive have also sucked now for the last few years. I attribute it to the low test.
Currently 6'2 230lbs and probably around 15%
Goal is to drop bf, increase lifts, improve workouts and in turn add some muscle. I'm not looking to get huge.
Following a high protein diet, keeping carbs and fats to a minimum.
Cardio 5x week. 45min, low intensity.
No gear for 6 years, so I'm assuming my receptors are pretty good to go that's why I'm going with a low dose and plan to run for 15 weeks. I may scale back the dose to 125mg twice a week at the end of the cycle and continue that as a TRT dose but I haven't decided for sure yet.
Does this look good??
I contemplated adding in Eq and/or Var but I wanted to see how I respond to the test only first and don't want to mess with my libido that's already low because of my current T levels.
I have been gyno prone in the past but it probably has a lot to do with the fact that I wasn't that diligent when I was younger with keeping things in check. I have Nolva as well as Aromasin on hand. Should I run a low dose AI for the duration of the cycle or just keep an eye on things? How would I run the Aromasin if its dosed at 25mg/tab. Its a gelcap so it's kinda tough to split. With Aromasin's half life being 9hrs I'd assume I'd need to take it daily??
Also, any thoughts on adding proviron to this cycle.
Thx in advance for the input.
:D
