Checked my Bp to day at shoppers .. i had a feeling it was high cause i was sweating more at work outs anyway
ran the test three time
1st time =158/87
2nd=130/86
3= 148/89
now im a little confused because there was so much variance in the numbers?? I suppose there a little high b/c i had to walk 3-4 blocks to get to shoppers to check but seems to me i have high blood pressure ??
when i search around every one recommend Hawthorne berry and q10
but i could find any solid doses
any recommendations on this or other ways to lower it

Did your arm fit in the sleeve? I have a tough time finding a drug store bp tester that isn't too tight. Most seem to be designed for 12" arms.
The variation in result might simply be a too tight cuff.

500mg niacin daily
less than 100g low glycemic carbs/day & around 2,400mgs sodium / day not much more
if on AAS an estrogen blocker like nolvadex or arimadex to reduce bloat
agree w/tiramisu lots of variation there likley due to cuff size

Thank you for the responses
i don't know how but i fit my arm in there, it was pretty close lol
im on 500mg test prop a week right now and just started 50mg a day winny about 3 days ago.
Take 4 grams of Fish oil per day helps,plus a anti-estrogen would help.

Niacin is Vitamin B3. It will cause "flushing" feeling like you're going through meopause. Taking an aspirin with it will reduce or eliminate the flushing but aspirin nearly killed me I took too much of it so I just split the 500mg niacin into two doses and put up with the flushing

would niacin slow fat loss?
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Niacin
Lipid-modifying effects
In pharmacological doses, niacin has been proven to reverse atherosclerosis by reducing total cholesterol, triglyceride, very-low-density lipoprotein (VLDL), and low-density lipoprotein (LDL); and increasing high-density lipoprotein (HDL). It has been proposed that niacin has the ability to lower lipoprotein(a), which is beneficial at reducing thrombotic tendency.[15]
Niacin, prescribed in doses between 1000 and 2000 mg two to three times daily,[16] blocks the breakdown of fats in adipose tissue, more specifically the very-low-density lipoprotein (VLDL), precursor of low-density lipoprotein (LDL) or "bad" cholesterol. Because niacin blocks breakdown of fats, it causes a decrease in free fatty acids in the blood and, as a consequence, decreased secretion of VLDL and cholesterol by the liver.[17]
By lowering VLDL levels, niacin also increases the level of high-density lipoprotein (HDL) or "good" cholesterol in blood, and therefore it is sometimes prescribed for patients with low HDL, who are also at high risk of a heart attack.[18][19]
The ARBITER 6-HALTS study, reported at the 2009 annual meeting of the American Heart Association and in the New England Journal of Medicine[20] concluded that, when added to statins, 2000 mg/day slow-release niacin was more effective than ezetimibe (Zetia) in reducing carotid intima-media thickness, a marker of atherosclerosis.[21]
As of August 2008[update], a combination of niacin with laropiprant is tested in a clinical trial. Laropiprant reduces facial flushes induced by niacin. [22]

The machines at Shoppers won't read properly on arms over about 15''.
