I knew this show was fixed!

And the reason why I watched one episode and only one.

I wish people would realize THIS IS NOT EASY. What we do - losing or gaining... changing your body is some of the hardest work you'll ever do. It's not easy at the best of times and throw in a TV show that's sole aim is to make money and you get what you get which is not reality!
