Hello to all.
I have a gym set up in my office and I was wondering if anyone has designed or have a template to mark your progress down.
I noticed Google Documents have many uploaded ones, but nothing that tickles my fancy..
Thanks in advance.
Jordan.

Best way then is to create your own if you havent found one you like so far.
An old fashioned journal might be easier for you, carry it in your gym bag and you can look back for reference anytime instead of having to get onto the computer to do it.
its person specific man... depending on what excercsies you do per day, how many sets, what you wanna keep track of, etc
nothing is gonna "tickle your fancy" until you make your own...

I have one I made in Excel I could email to you. You can change it to your liking. I just use a hole punch and put it in a duotang
Here's what it looks like. It's a 3 day workout spread into 6 days

I agree with JonnyO. A little journal that you write stuff into is the most simple and practical.

Here is one that a old buddy of mine made. Its pretty good, gives totals and averages which is nice.

The same for me...Write them down in a journal!
