Hi, everyone. I am new to this forum. I got a couple of questions. I been doing bodybuilding for around 2 years and been wanting to compete ever since i started. I been researching around to find a place to compete in ontario. I live around toronto. I came across u guys Opa and i went on the website. I look through some info about weight class and rules. I was wondering how can i sign up for something like this? And also if anyone knows of trainers that teach posing routine that would be really helpful to let me contact them. Btw i live in Toronto, so if anyone lives around there n is willing to give me a posing trainer contact info would be great. And best of luck to everyone competing!!!!!
