Hey everyone, joined the forum a while back but never got around to using it, have read a few posts on here and got some good advice so I have decided to throw my hat in.
I'll try not to bore you all with too much but here is a brief rundown on my training history.
Been training on and off for 12 years, first started to help me with sports but started getting into bodybuilding style training about 5 years ago. I must admit at first I knew nothing about proper training and nutrition and gains came slow but through reading and exprimentation I have found out what works for me and the gains have come along nicely.
Hopefully I can pick up alot more tips along this journey and help out some others with the little knowledge I have gained.
