I was wondering what is the logic behind using a steroid like dbol with a 4h half-life when you have tbol that last 16. I am wondering aswell if having blood level going up and down will not cause much more risk of estro sides.

How do you guys use dbol to have most stable blood level?

Almost impossible to keep stable blood levels unless you pop it like candy every 4 to 6 hours. the strength and weight gain though is very significant and that's the draw. If anyone is acne prone though stay away!

so is it better to use half in the morning and half before your workout, or half 12h apart?

IMHO dbol is the crack cocaine of steroids. lol I gained twenty pounds in 20 days and then another 10 over the next 3 weeks. At the time I thought it was great. I was young and dumb.

I took 50 milligrams a day for 4 months. No sides other than constipation, high blood pressure/ headaches and of course the water retention. My liver values were only slightly elevated.

I liked it at the time but looking back now I would NEVER do it again.

I over did it. I liked the sense of well-being it brought on at the beginning but should have come off sooner because it completely went the other way.

I was big and strong and looked like a bloated bag of poop and felt like poop at the end of it. Obviously I stayed on too long at that dosage.

There are better alternatives imo.

Hypothetitcally if I was to use it again I wouldn't go more than 30 mgs for more than 8 weeks.

I only post this so others can learn from my experience/ mistakes. lol

Dbol is my oral of choice. Yes it does bloat you while providing the extreme sense of well being, size, and strength, but if you use it properly you can develop some maintainable muscle mass. IMO you don't need any more than 30 mg a day (pink thais or blue hearts) and you should use it for no more than 5 weeks starting at week 4 or 5 of your cycle. I do take it about an hour before I go to the gym for a noticeable boost in training aggression.

i use dbol as a preworkout 'supp' only, 20mg is all you need if you're running a decent dose of test

I've heard that taking it before bed messes up your bodys natural hormone production?

Any vets that want to give their opinion is much appreciated.......

I take it before my workout which is usually late afternoon/early evening. I've tried spacing it out throughout the day for more consistent levels but that doesn't always work out when you're a forgetful sort, and yes it can mess with your sleeping patterns, but I think that has to do with feeling kind of manic/pumped when on it.

Pink thais 30 mg/day here is my doese i run....small amnt of test with it along with npp....If you are eating a decent diet, it isnt bad for bloat....i take 10 mg in am, 8 hours later 20 mgs prior to gym, works real well...Strength is way up and as pdh stated, you can maintain good size after if not bloated to much and actually gained muscle and you can run something decent to finish cycle....I friggin love it...

im at my heaviest weight ever right now. close to 220 pounds @ 5'11 it must be from the dbol. i take 25mg-50mg a day but not on rest days. my injectables are 150mg 150mg 150mg test p masteron p NPP. only a total of 450 a week.

i was on 200mg of tren a week, lots of test and some EQ and i couldnt break 205 so i guess that shows the power of dbol?

i hate tren, it makes me totally nuts and i cant seem to put on a pound no matter what i do.

dbol is my new favorite. no wonder arnold got so fuking huge off that sht.

Last time was the first cycle for me, ran test E @ 500 for 8 weeks and then switched over to test C @500 for 8 more.
So..... I was planning on test @ 750/week this time, gonna throw in the dbol @ 30 mg a day around week 4 or 5.

Is that too much test?

Personally if its just test and dbol, that should be a fine dose...Up around 750 mgs, you may really want to add aromasin at 12.5 mg ed......I find over 500 mgs, i need to add an AI........It will make you feel better, and look better.....Or just stay around the 500 mg mark and throw in the dball....Use creatine with it as well, i find it to be a nice combo and synergistic ...
