Hello Ladies
I am looking for a good workout routine which can tone up the body ... get rid of fat usually u get from having baby and lil bit strength training ...
the stats r
30 yr old
5' 2"
around 112 lb weight
she is already following some what of a decent diet plan .. no junk food or anything ..Main goal is to loose the belly fat and increse overall fitness .
sorry if I am asking for too much .

The women don't seem to be responding here :confused: so I'd suggest you post up the diet so it can be analyzed. If you want to loose fat it's primarily about diet and cardio though having a proper musculature foundation is important as well. If this is the start of a workout program I'd suggest low to moderate intensity cardio 5-6 days a week for 30 - 45 minutes before breakfast. If she's just interested in some light strength training then just do some circuit training to begin with and then change it to something more intense if she wants to stick with the weight training. Post up that diet though.
