Hey guys just curious as to everyones rotation especially for EOD shots.

Do you guys think 4 sites is enough for EOD shots of TestE and Deca giving the muscle 8 days between shots?

Why are you shooting test e and deca EOD first of all ?

and yes 8 days is lots i have done test e E3D and not had any problems rotating sites

right now im doing glutes and shoulders for test p

i hear ya but on the stable blood profile but i'm pretty sure with those compounds, deca especially EOD is over kill and your not doing your self any favours but i'm no expert

yeah i just double checked and deca has a half life of 14 days bro test e 10 days .
do u have a lot of experience with deca ?
personally i wouldn't consider EOD with tthis cycle based on the half lifes of the compounds maybe e3d

everything I shoot is EOD , seems to work alot better.

4 spots is enough probably but everyones different, after a few months for myself 8 days of rest isnt enough, i'll try injecting but no matter how hard I push on that plunger it wont move. thats when i have to go to different spots.

I would do test e and deca e3d, but some say more stable blood level with eod, so less acnee.

i do lats, glutes, shoulders, quads

I will see how things go and add in sites as needed. Im not big on quad shots cause of the nerves but might try lats.

Not to thread hijack, but I've been having a really hard time figuring out e3d dosing. Is there a formula I can use?

I would think whatever dosage you want to use a week, split it in half and shoot it E3D. i dont think there's a big difference from E3D then twice a week.

500mg/week from a 400mg/ml
0.5cc since 200mgx10 for 10 shot a month, divided by 4 for 4 weeks in a month.

so 200mg eod.

Not so sure about that. For hrt i was using 200mg (1ml) every 2 weeks. A pharmacist told me that e3d dosing would be .21ml for each shot.

If i wasn't so math retarded I'm sure I could work out a formula from that that allowing me to plug in a higher total dosing to get an accurate e3d dosing schedule.

I will probably just double it and shoot for 200mg per week.

the way i would work it out is every 21 days there is 7 shots
so take your MGS per week ie 500 x 3 weeks =1500 /7 shots =214mgs per shot e3d
