will you be using these to work out ? or are they just to pick up the ladies ?

Have had a fair amount of pain/discomfort in my right knee (at the joint) for about 2 years now. I've stopped heavy squatting and have started leg training like Neil Hill which allows the intensity but without all the pain and strain of squatting heavy.

I have decent sized legs and don't feel right now I need to keep pushing the envelop on the strength scale to further development. I think I can still grow them a bit fuller by using different techniques. Training smarter these days :)

I've done ART but knee issues take a long time to fully heal from so lets hope a change in footware can make a bit of a difference and if not, at least I look different :D
