Delt king as mentioned....All gfreat coaches from what ive seen, with very different techniques....Chat them up and pick the one which best suits your style...They will all get you there in great shape....!!!!

Thanks guys for the props... basically everything can be done online. If you come out this way i'll even help you with posing. I'm sure you're not looking for a babysitter to count reps for you while you workout. Prep coaches will design meal plans, workout routines, supplement strategies and change things up as needed weekly or daily in order for results to continue.
