I'll be dropping some of the forums here and condensing others based on traffic and popularity.
Also an update to the software will be released next week. I'll be biting the bullet on this one and upgrading. I'm tired of waiting for the "new version".
There are still some bugs with the new program so I advise you to make sure your emails are up to date in case of login problems or if major downtime happens I can mass email you all. You'll know we upgraded when you see the base template of vbulletin on the site. It's blue and white. They went with a new templating system so all current ones will have to be redone as it's not compatible. As always, we'll all work through the glitches and migrate to the new version when it's up.
The upgrade process is a long one as the CBB database is very large. I have done bigger sites and it went without a problem but we had headaches with the glitches. They have worked through most of the bugs but there are still some left. Please be patient while it's happening. I will not be doing it on the day of the OPA Ontario Provincials. I think I will do it a few days after.
Hope you all like the new direction we've taken and the exposure that's being given to those who step on stage no matter which province they are in. Lot's of people have helped me on this and are continuing to do so. I thank you for the time and effort put into helping the site and the competitors getting representation.
