Thought I would share my last vid from training with my crew: Although we did alot of pressing, farmers, dragging... I only got the stone on vid, sorry for the fail. I was so gassed but I have fun trying :)
My training is mostly gym lift 3 days a week/cardio 3 times a week and Events on the weekend. I am sitting comfortably some may say and well I can't complain at 151 pounds lol. My normal is usually 140 but I am still pretty lean... My first comp will probably be in July if the show is holding a womans event, **fingers crossed**
