weve all seen them,the guys that load up too much weight and cant lift it properly,walk around like there about 150pounds heavier than they are and you just wanna take a 20pound plate and smack them around the head!!yes im talking about the quintessential GYM RAT!! i had a quick scan on you tube of these ass clowns doing what they do best and thought id share them with you.please add links if you have any good ones

once we get to a certain size (230+) "maybe" I believe we all see it the same way lol.....and YES it DRIVES ME INSANE!!!!

The worst thing about my school/gym being connected is that you get all the younger kids who think they're the boss when it comes to weights despite it being their first time in there, and they cheat every single rep or do exercises completely wrong. I help the ones out that I can, but eventually it's just overwhelming, they're like stray dogs.

that last one was just horrible 300 one rep and passes out. i still cant beleive he had the balls to scream like he had just set a record, kinda feel bad though cuz that look really painful

My favourite are the fat guys that wear tiny t-shirts because they think they are jacked but really are just moderately strong at best fat slobs.

Your strength is really not impressive at 250 you tiny shirt wearing douchebag. I lift more than you and I dont even consider myself strong at all. Wear a ****ing shirt that fits. Your arms arent big, youre just fat.
