hydroxycut ignition stix,when to take?

i got given a box of these last week of a friend as he said they were awesome,but dont know when to take them as it doesnt say on the packs.is it pre workout? or intra workout? i took a stick 20 mins before the gym the other day and my guts were in bits!!

its frickin lethal,all it said was take half a stick for first 3 days,so i went and took the whole stick as pre wkt stuff never normally works on me (even noxpump) and about 5 mins after i drank it i needed to shit BAAAAAAAAD!! then i got major sweats and got a headache that lasted all day!!fuct up!!

i dont know whether its an intra workout thing that you sip on,as i drank that in one go in only a few oz of water before the workout may be good during workout though

my buddy is sponsered by gaspari nutrition and he says they have a intra workout one thats awesome!!im a bit concerned about the hydroxycut as its still on sale here?

I know the "real" hydroxycut pills were banned a few yrs back because of the ingredients as well...

....I'd be interested in hearing more on the intra workout drink though
