if this thread is not allowed feel free to erase it.

I swear I remember reading that BD was busted sometime back. Why do I see it available everywhere?

From what I've read BD is no longer around and there is some company trying to use their name for a marketing advantage....
Buyer beware!

The story goes the owners got into a battle with a big european source, who's name we'll keep off of here, over some fake power of attorney papers that were made and had their production plant taken over. They were left with the branded name, while somebody else owned their plant. Mark Moore one of the co-owners gave all kinds of information and names to the DEA and then took his own life. This was basically the end of BD. Edwin Richard Crawly was the other co-owner of BD back in the day who was busted by the DEA in Thailand a few weeks back. I would normally not post names but 1 is dead and the other was busted and is all over the news anyways. Anything you see now with the Brittish Dragon name on it is either very old stock, or complete fakes. So I'd avoid it at all costs.

Thanks for summing that up Rob.

That's probably because it's either

a) fake and they get it rediculously cheap and can make a good buck or
b) it's really old and they get it rediculously cheap because people want to get rid of it and they can make a good buck

There's also British Dispensary which is a completely different product and a legit brand, but with the way they named themselves they can bank off of british dragon's popularity because these guys are now often referred to as "BD"

Taken from a reputable guy and board.

BD will never come back!! Next week the company will officially be closed (MedStar) it will be in the official Moldavian paper. MedStar also owns the brandname. Wich means only Justin or Richard can claim the name and they won't (for obvious reasons). Nor IP nor Vadim bought the brand, the site is sold and the products are still produced in China, but the people ordering can determen the amount and quality of the content.. I would say..stay away..

Wasnt it the other way around? British Dispensery has been around alot longer then B. Dragon, and my understanding is when dragon was started up they chose their name specifically to bank off of the British Dispensary name. Second hand info though, I could be mistaken...

I've seen 2 seperate founding dates for British Dispensary (based in Thailand). 1998 and 2000. I'm unable to confirm which is proper. The original British Dispensary Co. Ltd. was founded in the 1890s, but these guys were definitely not involved in AAS. :p

Mr. Ontario... your source pretty much nailed it on the head when he said Moldova. Somebody from that country was the downfall of bd :(
