The summer of 69 while walking my baby puppie shar-pei along the board walk... At a low point in my life. Dealing with my receeding hairline and cursed with my looks.
A gorgeous lady... (with the nicest boobs..legs...tiny little hips wearing the tightest white jogging suit)... running from a distance spotted myself and the dog.
With the built up curosity her eyes had built up, she couldn't resist herself from wanting to hold the puppie. So the genious I am, I let her. She talked to the dog like it was her own baby. Therefore, she talked to me.
I did not have much time to socialize due to my busy schedual. I grabbed her number. Long story short, we got married 1 year later. We now have a farm full of puppies.
This dream can happen to you too.

They get to about 50-60 pounds.... These dogs are in the same breed of family as the pit-bull. They get pretty stalky. And they are very strong!

I've done quiete a bit of research on them. Shar-pei originates from China. At one point these dogs were used as fighting dogs. The loose skin they have allows them to easily meneuover when another dog has a jaw on their skin. This breed of dog is also the oldest breed. Earlier years when China decided to go a communist country, the government enforced extermination on this breed of dog. Some guy (not sure of his name) 'secretely' kept the blood line going. (he is famous for it today)
You don't see too many types of these on the streets as these dogs as they are pretty rare.

My parents have had 2 now. First one died a few years ago and the 2nd is about a year old now. They are an awesome bread of dog. Very loyal and very protective. They are good with kids as well. I have a boxer (male) now and they have the same type of personality. They usually get to be about the same size as a female boxer.
