I picked up 4 containers of this on sale over the weekend, and I have to say that if you like the taste of a Tim's Ice Capp, this is for you.

I make it a little waterier than the recipe calls for (8 oz per scoop instead of 6) and add a couple of ice cubes. Bang, protein powered ice capp.

Mixes great and tastes awesome. 120 cals and 21 g protein per serving.

Just thought I'd pass that along for anyone like me who likes ice caps in the summer and needs the extra protein.

How many servings do you take a day? It doesn't have many grams of protein a serving... I can see you never wanting another ice cap again after 4 tubs of that haha

It depends on the day, but I might have 1-2 every second day. I'm working on a full diet, bench program right now (lower body no go due to hernia), and am taking in 250-300g protein daily. Once I'm back on diet, next week, I won't have enough calories for shakes except on workout days.
