My diet is very close to the Keto diet and I find I have lots of energy. I have been using the ECA stack on my workout and cardio days just to give me a boost.
I am 43 years old and started this diet just over a moth ago.
I have had severe Asthma all my life (many trips to hospital in a year with lots of near death attacks)and never been off the steroids. Since I started this diet I have no signs of Asthma and have been med free for over a month. I also have been doing cardio for the first time in over 25 years. I swam 42 laps today without stopping then worked out at the gym for 90 min.
I feel like a new man and can't wait for my appointment with my respiratory specialist this month, he will be shocked.
Just wanted to let you people know that sometimes miracles happen and this is a huge one for me.

that`s great news Morty!
That's great.
I too felt the asthma go away while on a carb free diet.
Lif you ever decide to bring carbs back into your diet keep them low GI . That should help keep the inflamation ( asthma ) down :)

I wouldn't use ephedrine period let alone on keto, stick to just caffeine pre workout.

Thanks, I will cut the ephedrine. I have lost 18 lbs so far and thought it was helping. I think it was mostly water because my weight loss has slowed down but my BF% is still dropping. I have been testing 4 sites with calipers so that will be my gauge. I have gone from 30%bf to 21%bf

Can you expand on your reasoning here? I have never had any adverse effects from using ephedrine...

I would also like your reasoning here Delt King. Is it because of his asthma or you simply don't recommend Ephedrine for any of your competitors?
What are your thoughts on Yohimbine?
Oh and monkey care to elaborate on the nasty shit comment?
Thanks guys!

first and foremost, ephies stimulate the adrenal grand releasing cortisol into the system. If you know noting about the human body then know this: adrenal fatigue is and stress (cortisol) is just as bad.
Stimulants affect both these functions in the body. I'd use clen over ephies. It's not a stimulant.

DK is correct avoid ephedrine...the sides creep up but in time youll develop some serious adrenal issues not to mention cortisol release...it is a stimulant and will also affect cardiac output and blood pressure. Clenbuterol would be a better choice not to mention its actually prescribed for asthma patients.

Stimulants are just counter productive IMO on a Ketogenic diet or any diet i suppose.

i'll give points to clen aswell over ephedrine. ephedrine makes me tired and pissed off because i'm so tired. never had those problems with clen, works much more effectively aswell on keto.just remember to taper off or suffer the water retention lol

That is awesome. I just began the Keto diet myself this past week and am hoping for good things. :)
