Athletes Sign in and Registration

Athletes registration and sign in will be on July 2 at the Delta Bow Valley in the ballroom. Registration will begin at 4:30 pm. All athletes must be present at the mandatory meeting which will begin at 7:30 pm. You will receive all of your information in regards to show say, along with your schedule of events, and other important information.

Thanks. I am now working on getting the feathering to come in all the way to the hip flexors. That is the goal for nationals... yet still continue to gain size and come in full.

I will be SuperHeavy weight of course...as I am weighing in the 230's and it looks like they dropped the class down to 220 now.

Should be an interesting competition.

Outfit cost me almost 500 bucks

230 bucks for the boots, the trenchcoat I got from Big and Tall, and wasn't cheap either. Cowboy had was 25 bucks at the Calgary airport... The response I got lol priceless ;) ...

I tried putting duct tape inside the boots to protect em from protan, was gonna take em back afterwards..and say I couldn't wear em as my orthotics didn't fit em, but got a little protan inside.. and with all the positive feedback I got I figure I'll hold onto the costume in case in the future sombody asks me to guest pose... it'd be a good costume to keep for that.

No I did a full carb load as well. It was a practice run for nationals as I needed to know exactly when I would hit my peak. I did a food log and everything, turned out I think I peaked sunday morning. I don't want anything to chance for nationals. I have to hit the stage come morning show as full and dry as possible. I know I can take the card... I still have six more weeks to gain more size and plan on comming in much drier in the front.

This is just the begining. I have gained 20 lbs of lean dehydrated muscle since I last hit the national stage. I plan on gaining at least that amount in the next 2-3 years.

I have the structure to be in the mix at the top of the pros. Its just a matter of time of filling out the frame.

If I don't get the card this year, it'll be next year, Its pretty much inevitable as long as I stay healthy.

After that my target is on being the top Canadian in the pros... in the next five years.

I know there are other Canadian pros out there that are good, but I also know that once I fill out my frame, I can beat all of them.
