One more time... best pre workout

Been asked a million times, what pre workouts have you tried and liked or didnt like?

Liked Superpump 250 for effect, but hated for horrible gas smell.

Like 600 mg caffeine and 24 mg ephedrine for cost effectiveness and get-up-and-go! No pump though.

Like Jack3d for pump, stimulation and tingles. No bad effects for me, but makes my wallet lighter than caffeine and ephedrine.

A bit of caffeine always helps.

As for NO2 stuff. Superpump250 was ok but the effects lasted a month or so then needed to use more for the same effect, found the taste way too concentrated.

NO Shotgun was great, effects seemed to last but too pricey.

I use NO Reload from TrueProtein now and effects seem to be consistant great pumps. I also add BCAA Boost, it has some caffeine in there.

ALso Beta alanine is a great supplement.

I`m acutally using no shotgun as an intra workout drink now. It has 20 grams of fast acting protein and I add one scoop of gatorade. I add to the shotgun 2.5 grams of citurline and 2.5 grams of arginine and 2.5 grams of alcar with another 5 grams of beta alanine. I also put 20 grams of bcaa`s in the drink for good mesure, lol..

1 hour before that I drink in another bottle 3-4 grams of l-tyrosine, 2.5 grams of arginine, 2.5 grams of citruline and another 4-5 grams of beta alanine.

Gotta say it gives me nice trainings!

To add synergy to all, with the meal before those drinks I have 200mg of caffeine, 24mg of ephedrine and my daily dose of clen. Oops, forgot to add the vinpocetine... Before you all shit on me about using clen and ephedrine, I only use the ephedrine preworkout on workout days since clen is not a stimulant...

That`s what the companies say, lol... And one reason why No Shotgun is such a deal price wise. Just 28 sevings of 20 grams of hydro protein is not that cheap... Plus you get all the fat burners bcaa`s and stims in the shotgun. The container lasts me 8 weeks, so dosen`t cost that much in the end...

I switched from superpump to jack3d recently, i can actually work out in the evening now and fall asleep but i sorta miss the crazy overpowering taste of superpump, i think it gave me a placebo pump just smelling that stuff. I gotta agree that caffeine is a great cost-effective way to get a jump on your workouts.

A container has 28 sevings. Say you train 4 times a week, that a 7 week supply. Almost 2 months. Say you buy 2 containers, and take a week off in between each, you`re good for 16 weeks!

I have been using a half of a tiny scoop and I got a traffic ticket because of it yesterday!!! I went through the RR tracks after the lights were on to beat a slow moving train... I can't be driving on that stuff as I get too impatient and end up driving like a race car driver!!! anyways good stuff if you like the feeling of being awake.

Jack3d = 0 cals. I'm sure some of the others are too. Needless to say caffeine and ephedrine are also 0 cal.

I think he is referring to NoShotgun and Superpump...etc. Some can have upwards of 50grams carbs mostly from sugar. Id rather get that from a cup of raw eats, more fulfilling, especially when dieting. I think sticking to your caffeine only is just as good as teh ''buzz'' off these products

I`ve been dieting down with no shotgun. It has 80 cals, 20 grams of fast acting pepto protein in it. It works great for me, but I`m an ecto...

I have been using NO Explode and find I get fast energy and only 25 calories per serving ( I double it)

BioTest Power Drive stacked with TP Alpha GPC and caffine.

Power Drive is good stuff but it`s very easy to make your own by putting 3 grams of l-tyrosine with 200mg of dmae in a water bottle. Take b vitamin supp before hand and you`re good. Screw the ginko, it`s useless to take it once a day anyway... I actually drink that 1 hour before my no shotgun drink.
