On day 2 of my cycle i cought the flu.

Cycle : 600 mgs of test c/week (16 weeks)
30mgs dbol/day (4 weeks)

im now on week #2 and havnt gone to the gym since i started.
FLU fever is gone.. all symptoms are gone except for a horrible cough.. lots of phlem can barely breathe often.

Life is now live-able, im wondering, what you guys suggest? Start hitting the gym again since flu is restricted to lungs now? Or should i really wait till im 100% before hitting back the weights.

Hit the gym 3x a week at 80% until you feel 100% back. Then go hard.

Go to the doctor,to get checked.Also just train lighter with higher reps until you feel better.

If it was me I would go and do like 15-20min Cardio then sit in the steam room for 30min and thats it until the cough was better. Working out sick has never paid off for me.
